And the Lord answered me and said, write the vision and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 

 

2 Timothy 4:2 KJV

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 

The vision that the Lord has given to New Start Ministry is to preach the gospel all over; by launching a church in every county in the state of South Carolina.

Luke 18:1 KJV 

And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men out always to pray, and not to faint. 

New Start will build a 24-hour Prayer Tower.

Matthew 25:35-40 KJV

For I was an hungered and ye gave me meat; I was thirsty and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger and ye took me in; 36 Naked, and ye clothed me; I was sick and ye visited me; I was in prison and ye came unto me. 37 Then shall the righteous answer him saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 38 Saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? 39 saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? 40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Insasmuch a ye have done it unto the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. 

New Start will begin a ministry to feed the hungry called The Lord's Pantry.

The church shall own several businesses, and empower the people of God to be business owners.
